oh, and btw “nosactivated”… we ARE the chosen ones. it’s not a holier-than-thou attitude. I don’t look at anybody any less. It’s just our belief, per the Bible. The problem with you is you make the term “chosen one” out to mean that we think “We were called to an insider organization and everybody else is on the inside”, when really that is completely contradictory to what we believe. God established Israel as His chosen people, yet they continued to leave Him and rebel against His word, so Jesus Christ came to die for all the sins of the world, re-establishing God’s chosen people, not as only Jews, but whoever believes in Him. This is the beauty of it. There were so many laws the Jews had to follow, but they failed God constantly (even when they were keeping the law perfectly), so God made it that every man can come to Him. It’s not an insider’s club… it’s His church for everyone.
You just CHOOSE to make yourself an outsider and an enemy of God. That’s a shame, really.

Don’t worry… you won’t find me praying for your soul. You are the choices you make. As one guy said, “I don’t need God’s forgiveness, and I don’t want it”… trust me, you’ll need it. But you won’t get it, because you don’t want it.
It is really sad. Most people believe in a hell, but most people don’t care. You whine and cry when you hurt yourself… and you think you’ll enjoy hell? Get real people. Jesus came to the earth, and was beaten, ridiculed, and crucified, but still loved and forgave those people. So while show is completely tasteless and unnecessary, it’s still not the worst thing that has been done to His name.
There are some real truths found in this video though. Sadly, this is how Jesus probably would be treated if he came to live on earth again because of the ignorance of Christianity and how fake most people are. Even still, it is completely tasteless and it is truly sad. But no worries, I won’t pray for your souls.

On a serious note, a few years back a writer/producer named Jack Emery made a brilliant short film titled Inquisition that covered the same idea as this one “What if Jesus came back”. It starred Derek Jacoby and Alun Armstrong. It was first aired on BBC5. I don’t think it’s ever been shown here in Canada or the US. Search it out. If you can find it, it’s well worth watching. I thought this a great show. And a thought about the Bible. It is a collection of writings, collected, transcribed, translated, copied, edited, and censored, by persons who were NOT Jesus, or God. NObody but simple men. And many simple minded. Not to say there aren’t many relevant lessons or advice available in the Bible. But it was compiled by people who gained a position of authority, and those people had certain viewpoints, and the writings that they liked were included. If we were REALLY getting the TRUE message of JC, then I’m pretty sure we wouldn’t be going to war, with his graces. This goes for all countries and all religions. Look at all of ‘em, they all read the same.

What if I was to say that the most people do not believe that Satan exists? Then if that is so and You believe he does not exist and it is just something in ourselves right? Are you a follower of Christ? Have you read and learned about your Priest or Pastor? How much research has you done by looking into the churches achieves? Don’t you think a thorough examination of your religion and its past involvement in all the earths World Wars and all the Wars and the millions of people who have been murdered by the hand of the Religious Leaders of this World in going to be in for a great shock?
One fellow got it right a few comments earlier by saying that the world’s religions will all be destroyed shortly so why would someone say this? Because of research, research, researching the facts and the truths about the religions of this world is for your eyes and as a Christian you should have no problem looking up these scriptures to back up my statements.
Go to 1 John 5:19 (answers who the ruler of this world is) Christians you should also read this at 2Cor 4:4 (shows who the ruler of this world is) I have made it very easy for you to understand these scriptures and in this scripture so you don’t twist the truth of this scripture clearly states who is blinding people and as you reason this scripture you will realize that God does not Blind the mind of Believers. But someone else does, but you should be able to answer this one quite easily. Rev 12:9 will seal the deal by stating what happened to Satan and his Demons and where they are. Read on to verse 12 see if what I stated above connects to the scripture quoted. If you would like some more answers about the next scripture Rev 12: 13 to the end of Chapter 12. Then feel free to email me and ask any question you like and I will use your own Bible to answer any said questions.

Plus I love the fact of a GOD in people who say he is forgiving? Is he really I say? Well if he did exist it maybe true. Simple thought of his exsitance is he has 10 commandments. These are simply man made. Plus he threatens to do certain things to people if they don’t follow his rules. Such as Hell, purgatory, and some other nonfactual places. And the real kicker here is, BUT HE LOVES YOU AND IS ALL FORGIVING! If he is all of this, then why does he threaten you with such acts of violence? Morals and personal beliefs have nothing to do with GOD. To just think that of all religions the catholic religion is the right one. Or the thought of GOD being the right one. How conceded can they be to think that any other religions wrong. Buddhism, Muslim, and or Hinduism are just a few. Besides, history tells all about the catholic church. Does the Spanish Inquisition come to mind? How about the Crusades? The popes during the early times had complete control over its people. They are the ones who told others to kill in the name of GOD. Plus the whole idea that a GOD does exist is not one that has and can be proven. It is just a fact of faith. Nothing more! The idea of an invisible being causing and developing all is just crazy. I love this website and it’s use of the Christian model. A cartoon like this will and does stir up a lot of controversy. From what I have seen in the cartoons. It does make this so-called Jesus a good person. The so-called people who follow him and his writings are the ones who will and do condemn him. This brings me to the saying I once saw, ” Jesus will rise again, but don’t worry they will kill him again!”. This is so true, people are hypocrites with religion. I know opinions are like assholes, but I believe religion should be outlawed. You can practice it in your own home, but leave the rest of us alone. Stop reading the New Testament as the rule of thumb. If you want to learn about your actual GOD, read the Old Testament and find out the truth about him. Your so called GOD is not the loving person he is thought to be. Read about is acts of terrorism on people, his racial beliefs, and his actual reign of killing. Look into the omitted writings of the new testament that talk about jesus’s true side. He was not the loving individual as we believe or have been told. Read about the Gospel of Thomas. Plus this so-called Pope Benedict, are you all aware that he was the person who was in charge of the priest pedophile investigations for the catholic church? He relocated the accused priests instead of bringing them to justice. He was the one who settled out of court with the victims. ANd then relocated the priest to new churches to stalk new victims all over again. This man should be brought up on charges in my opinion. Christian people need to get over themselves. They act like they are th chosen ones. Fuck Religion……..

I think that the people who claim absolutely that there is no god of any kind are quite foolish. There is no way to disprove that any god exists. The case could be that a god does exist and that he actually wants to trick you and keep you in a perpetual state of delusion, if that were the case how could you disprove it?
If you truly do not believe in a God then what is your rationale for morality? If you try to argue for any form of absolute morality then you need to do your homework better, and if you accept relative morality then you should have no outrage at anyones actions because you understand that they are simply following a preference of their actions just as you followed yours. No one can argue that one set of moral beliefs is above the other in that case, because every belief would be man made and therefore any one who has a man made belief challenging that belief would be equal. To argue for intrinsic values or human rights is as ridiculous as saying that a shark shouldn’t eat a fish. If we are animals then there is really no value other than the value we give ourselves. Obviously though people argue that morality exists and they say that murder is wrong and so forth. Many people argue on the basis of ‘pain’ ‘happiness’ or suffering, saying that if something causes pain to others or if something would benefit the most amount of people then it should be the moral code. The reality is though there is no TRUE reason other than just comfort why any of this should be followed, but that brings the question of why is it most comfortable not to murder and to ‘respect’ others by not stealing or hurting them? and why is hurting painful and not pleasurable? Perhaps that is a state of illusion in itself it could be argued.
If any god did exist it would have to bridge the gap between it and us before we would be able to learn about it. It would have to use some form of communication and would have to teach us about itself and about the way that the life it created should be lived. I think this is what is claimed by many of the major religions but none in my opinion come as close as Christianity. There are so many reasons why I make that claim. I am aware that many people would believe they had hundreds of reasons why I am foolish but I think over time most people who feel this way learn that it is a misconception about Christianity and a lack of awareness that actually causes people to claim as fact that it is false. I think if humans want to be completely completely ‘objective’ then they must agree that neither side can claim as objective fact that the other side is wrong. Science measures repeatable, observable, consistent physical phenomena, it cannot rule out that which it cannot measure. Christians know that they can only go so far with facts and then faith kicks in, but everyone has some form of faith and they are irrational to disagree. You have faith right now that the reality before you IS reality, but perhaps you have a schizophrenic episode with a tactile and visual hallucination… how can you 100% rule it out? The true measure of trust in God comes from the subjective experiment of testing His word and applying it to your life. That is the true measure of trust in anything. No one can truly know or believe something they haven’t tested. ‘Judgment without investigation is the highest form of ignorance- albert einstein’ To stand back and look at peoples faith and claim absolutely that it is wrong is naive.
If you truly do believe it to be wrong well what will you gain from trying to prove it? You might say pleasure, but there are many things more pleasurable, and if you don’t say pleasure then you are deluded because whatever you do, whatever anyone does will be the thing they most wanted to do. Even if you resist something you want, like chocolate, for something you don’t want, like vegetables, you are choosing what you REALLY wanted, good health. There is so much more to say but no one would have even read this far and it is impossible to explain such a broad topic that has so many parts on a limited text box, not to mention most people read what they want and don’t actually evaluate things properly. Most who believe in God would read this in agreement and most who don’t will read it in disagreement and neither would put aside their agenda but would rather be trying to fulfill it. For those who don’t believe in God though, I pity you. For even if you are correct you gain nothing and those who believe lose nothing, but if you are wrong you lose everything. That cannot motivate one to believe in itself but that is foolish enough to deserve my pity. Even if you pretend you’re cool with it that doesn’t even matter because whether you were ok with reality or not it wouldn’t make a difference to the end result and makes you no better or worse of in the end, unless you are wrong and then you are significantly worse off and your ‘contentment’ was the greatest illusion, even greater than if christians were proved wrong because they wouldn’t be aware that they were ever deluded since they would cease to exist. But atheists if they are wrong will think on it for eternity. Think on the presumptuous nature of using flawed, limited, finite senses that you didn’t even create or understand properly to judge the reality and existence of an infinite being. And if you make no judgment and claim nothing, well unfortunately that is claiming exactly that… nothing, and rules out the ’something’ which rules out God. Those who claim nothing I wish you luck in your seeking, and those who claim they know I wish you would seek harder.

I don’t think it is as simple as you claim. I think what brian meant was that the fact that people feel so threatened by it, or the fact that they need to pay out christianity actually supports the christian view that man is rebellious and evil by nature. I don’t think it is as simple as: we hate Jesus therefore he is the son of God. I think that was a summary of a large variety of factors. What Brian is saying is that all the attention and hatred christianity attracts actually supports the belief in God from a christian point of view. Everyone is ‘tolerant’ of other religions much more than christianity. Videos paying out Buddah or Islam aren’t as common and christians believe that is because these religions are inert because they aren’t true. But because man has a sinful rebellious nature against God, Brian is saying that makes them hate God or even hate the idea of God, and that is what he is meant, I think.
